Audio Meditation - Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra or “yogic Sleep” as it is commonly known, is a systematic meditation that takes you on a journey through five layers of self, known as the Koshas. There are many ways to practice this technique. Cristie’s practice is influenced by traditional yoga, the Kripalu Yoga Body Scan mediation, and Richard Miller’s irest yoga nidra meditation.
